The clarinet is affordable, it’s portable, sounds great, ideal for beginners, improves coordination and fine motor skills, and is common in orchestras and school bands.
At Allegro Knoxville Music Studio our saxophone instructor offers soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone saxophone. The saxophone is a great instrument to learn. It also can play many styles and genres and is a great solo instrument. The saxophone can be played in a band, orchestra, jazz band, pep band, etc.. Learning to play the flute, clarinet, or saxophone promotes good posture, proper and healthy breathing, core strength, hand control, and finger dexterity.
